CAREER SUMMARY
Caitlin has worked in Commercial Real Estate since 2009 and has experience in Commercial Leasing, Project Management, Real Estate Development, and Real Estate Consulting.
Caitlin has a breadth of experience with single-tenant, net-lease properties. She has successfully managed site selection, site sales negotiations, site preparation, lease negotiations, and bank financing for several public and private clients. She has also demonstrated proven success in research, analysis, budget management, and project management. Caitlin has extensive experience collaborating and communicating with stakeholders at all levels to drive partnerships, sales, and business growth.
Most recently, Caitlin has been managing the development of University Centre in Moon Township, Pennsylvania. This 25,000 square foot shopping center development will serve Robert Morris University, the Moon Area school district, military personnel, daylight workers, transient visitors, and residents of Moon Township.
Prior to her work on University Centre, Caitlin assisted the lead developer on the development of two Hilton Garden Inn hotels in Southwestern Pennsylvania totaling $37 million of investments.
Caitlin currently resides in the Strip District neighborhood of Pittsburgh. She is passionate about volunteering in the greater Pittsburgh region, cooking, and planning events for friends and family. She also enjoys traveling, watching films, and trying new restaurants.
